Please allow 48 hours to fill your pet’s prescription prior to pickup at the hospital.

Submitting this request form does not guarantee your prescription will be filled – all refills must be approved by a doctor and are pending upon inventory availability.

In some instances, a veterinary appointment may be required. We will reply to your request to confirm approval or denial of refill and give an estimated pick-up time.

Payment is expected at pick-up. We accept cash, debit, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and Scratchpay.
