McFarland Animal Hospital provides clean bedding, water, & food dishes which are changed daily or as needed. If you choose to provide your own bedding or bowls, please label your personal belongings with permanent marker and list all items in detail (shape, size, color, pattern, material, etc.) that you brought with your pet. We cannot guarantee against loss of damage of personal items during a boarding stay. Please include the description of any carrier, collar, harness, or leash that you are leaving with your dog or cat.

All pets are required to have updated vaccines prior to drop off for boarding.(Required)

I acknowledge that McFarland Animal Hospital requires that rabies and distemper vaccinations be required for all pets. Canine boarders must also be up to date on Bordetella vaccinations. Leptospirosis is highly recommended but not required. Proof of vaccines MUST be provided prior to drop off, Verbal confirmation of vaccination will not suffice for boarding.(Required)

I acknowledge that boarding drop off and pick-up hours are 8 am - 5:30 pm on Monday - Thursday and 8 am - 4:30 pm on Friday. Holiday hours will vary. Pets checking out after 11:00 am Monday - Friday will incur an additional fee equivalent to one night of boarding per pet.(Required)
